Been given a code?

You need neither an account nor a subscription. Helping care is free, for dogs and cats.

  1. Get Fellbert, for free.
  2. On the start screen, tap “I have been given a code”.
  3. Enter the code and your name, tap “Connect”. Done.

Good to know

Your name

Only the person who gave you the code sees your name. It later also appears in messages such as “Dad has fed”.

What you may do

That is set by the person the pet belongs to. “Care”: you see the plan, tick off, move times and note how the pet is doing. “Plan together”: you may also change food, medication and appointments.

For how long

The owner sets that too: this weekend, two weeks or no end date. Access can be revoked at any time.

Your own pets

A code adds. Your own pets and the ones you already help care for stay untouched. If you want to share a pet of your own with others, you need your own Premium for that.
