Delete account and data

You don’t need us for this, it works directly in the app. Without the app, email works too.

In the app

Open Fellbert, tap the gear icon at the top right and choose “Delete account” under your account. Deletion happens immediately and is final.

Without the app

Write to us from your account’s email address at datenschutz@fellbert.app with the subject “Delete account”. We delete within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

Your sign-in details, i.e. email address and password hash.
All synchronised data of the pets you solely own: profiles, plans, daily logs, history, observations and appointments.
The device tokens for push notifications and all shares you have granted.

What remains

Data that exists only on your phone is deleted by removing the app, this includes in particular the owner’s contact details, which are never transmitted anyway. A pet that someone else shared with you belongs to that person and stays with them.

You cancel your subscription separately in your Apple or Google account; deleting your Fellbert account does not end it.
